CIRCULATION

Designed with Human-Centric Approach in mind, each zone in the building is laid out with ample space for pedestrians to not only pass but also to interact with one another, with the space as well as with the elements, to move around freely from one point to another with ease.

RAINWATER SHELTER

The extended roofs hovering over specific parts of space act not only as a protection from direct heat from the sun but also as a shelter, as a cover from the rain whether one might be waiting for a friend, a meal order or simply to just be there and admire the experience.

FAMILY-ORIENTED

The Heritage Walk is laid out by pinning every zone to be at its maximized proximity from one to another - from the food carts to the restrooms, from the shops to the ATM machines, with convenience always in mind, especially for visitors who roam the space as a family.

STREET 02 PARKLET

The parklet by Street 02 is designated as a spot for resting, for pedestrians to come and sit for either a friendly interaction, for a meal or merely for enjoying the view across the street.

HERITAGE ZONE

This is project is not only inspired by the local elements and materials but also is paying homage to Cambodian culture by having architecturally designed to have a special spot right in the heart of the building as a Heritage Zone, displaying various sides of Cambodia's rich culture and arts.
