Located in the northern part of the city, this area used to be a zone for industrial warehouses, but is quickly transforming itself into a modern-residential and commercial-retail neighborhood. Orchid Mall uses resources such as wood and brick to add human-centric scales and perspectives.

In order to be a community mall, the development taps on an open and casual setting inviting people from all walks of life to come and gather. The architecture and community design puts nature and people at the forefront, factoring the use of space and light while planning and zoning the circulation, pedestrian movement and shop interaction.
